Those are pretty great plans (I think that they will happen eventually, so they aren't even dreams!), and I hope that the job pans out. It is impossible to underestimate the value of insurance through the company, because it leads to such an expensive out of pocket cost, otherwise! That would be absolutely awesome. Good luck!
